Hines Associates, founded in 2002, is a London-based corporate advisory firm serving financial institutions and the related service sectors across the UK and Europe. We have recently advised a number of claims management and loss adjusting firms on their strategies including sale, investment and acquisitions. Typically, our clients are still privately owned or backed by private equity.
Our experienced professionals have backgrounds spanning investment banking, due diligence services, insurance carriers and brokers. We will complete in excess of £1bn of transaction value in 24/5 on both the sell-side and the buy-side.
